Terms & Conditions

 

This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your yard cards or diaper cakes. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the yard card. B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake owner will contact you directly to schedule your delivery.

  2. All yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the cards within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard cards.

  3. PAYMENT Payment is paid at time of booking. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

  4. CANCELLATION In the event that you need to cancel your order prior (less than 48 hours) to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment, or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery (less than 24 hours) may not receive a refund.

  5. RUSH ORDERS Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

    • Based on available inventory

    • Rush fee may apply ($30)

    • Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed

    • Order will be refunded if we are unable to complete order

  6. INCLEMENT WEATHER We will not be able to deliver your yard cards or diaper cakes if there are lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the delivery, a refund will be honored.

  7. REFUND POLICY We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed once the greeting has been delivered and set up. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake is independently owned, thus revising requested wording or declining orders is done at our discretion. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

  8. SPRINKLER SYSTEMS Yard cards are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground approximately 8” to 10” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please inform us and provide any information regarding the type and location of the sprinkler lines. B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake is not responsible for damage to your system if it is not properly marked and communicated.

  9. SIGN DAMAGE All signs remain B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake’s property. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the yard card signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from B’s Yard Card & Diaper Cake. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
